A field-oriented digital precision level designed for multi-point, multi-operator use
1. Designed for Multi-Point, Multi-Operator Level Management
LevelMan ADL-T5 is a digital precision level designed not only for single-point measurement, but for on-site operation using multiple units simultaneously. Wireless communication enables real-time sharing of measurement values across multiple devices, allowing the overall inclination and twist of equipment to be grasped at a glance.
2. Supports Simultaneous Measurement at Up to 10 Points (Proven in Actual Use)
In leveling operations for large-scale precision equipment, ADL-T5 has been used to perform simultaneous measurement at 10 locations (10 units). Measurement values are displayed collectively on a tablet or PC, enabling level adjustment based on overall optimization rather than partial adjustments.
3. Automated Pass/Fail Judgment for Standardized Decisions
Leveling results are automatically judged against preset reference values. This eliminates reliance on individual experience or intuition, allowing anyone to perform inspections and adjustments using the same criteria. It is effective for standardizing quality control and reducing dependency on specific operators.
4. Improved Work Efficiency Through Automatic Log File Generation
Measurement results are automatically generated as log files and can be directly used for inspection records and reports. This streamlines the entire process—from measurement to recording and reporting—significantly improving efficiency and promoting digital transformation (DX) in level management operations.
5. High-Precision, High-Reliability Measurement Performance
A highly reliable spirit vial is read by an image sensor, achieving high-precision measurement with a minimum resolution of 0.001 mm/m. Even minute inclinations can be accurately captured and clearly quantified.
